BajaWonderGrass Returns to El Sargento, Baja California Sur with the Brothers Comatose +  Vince & Silas Herman

The 4th BajaWonderGrass Lineup Features Family & Community.

BajaWonderGrass has always been about family and community – and this year’s lineup highlights just that.

The 2026 BajaWonderGrass Festival Lineup

For the first time, the Brothers Comatose, founded in 2008 by brothers Ben and Alex Morrison, will headline this beachfront festival in Baja California Sur, Mexico.  The festival continues the family vibe by welcoming Vince Herman (from Leftover Salmon), along with Vince’s son, Silas Herman, as one of the festival’s special guests.

While past Baja lineups often featured solo performers and artist collaborations, the festival continues to bring in more bands each year.   This year, festival stages will be energized with the addition of up-and-coming jamgrass band favorites The Fretliners and Magoo.

Anna Moss, singer and multi-instrumentalist from Handmade Moments, will also be on deck as a special guest.
This year sees the return of Cordovas and Bonfire Dub, plus locals DJ Sleepy and The Bo Show.

Surrounding the heart of the festival are pre- and post-festival events, so plan your trip accordingly.   Tickets will be sold separately for the Welcome Gathering at Polvora, featuring local bands and probably a few sit-ins from the festival lineup.  Stick around another day to soak in the sun and gather one final time at Baja Joe’s.  The official Closing Ceremony will be hosted by local band, The New Bajamians.

With this many incredible performers, the 2026 BajaWonderGrass Festival promises to deliver magical musical moments over the 5-day event.

BajaWonderGrass Festival Venue Details

For the fourth year,  the event returns to La Tuna – an amazing beach bar and restaurant in El Sargento, Baja California Sur – on April 23 – 25, 2026.

La Tuna is one of the best restaurants and bars in town, so be sure to come hungry  – and thirsty.  Some of the best BajaWonderGrass festival moments are spent lounging in a beach chair, sipping on a craft cocktail while listening to the music fill the air.

And other magical moments await you!  Imagine dancing by the water, your bare feet nestled in the soft, white Mexican sand,  the skies turning vibrant shades of pinks and oranges all around you.  This is Baja WonderGrass!

The eight bands plus two special guests will perform on three stages for three nights.  With only 500 tickets sold, attendees will experience intimate musical experiences with the ocean and mountains as their backdrop.
Music is from 3:30 pm to 11 pm nightly, so you have plenty of time to explore, adventure, and relax.
