Yahn Dawn 2026: Wellness & Activities

Yahn Dawn’s experiential curation stretches far beyond the dancefloor, as it continues its tradition of providing fans with a holistic experience. Pretty Lights’ fan-favorite Horizon 5K Sprint returns in 2026 with a Pride theme, inviting the community to lace up on Saturday, September 19 in celebration of authentic self-expression. After drawing 400 sign-ups in its debut edition, this year’s proceeds will go toward benefiting the Buena Vista Pride Coalition.

The Prismatic Playa and Celestial Sanctuary serve as Yahn Dawn’s wellness hubs, hosting the weekend’s comprehensive roster of wellness practitioners across a multitude of healing and educational workshops. Guests can start their mornings with Sierra Dawn’s ceremonial cacao and intention-setting ritual, move through Wim Hof-style breathwork with Hadō Flow, or settle into a Kundalini practice with longtime Pretty Lights family member Hyperspace Sky, whose Awaken the Cosmic Heart session opens hearts before the sun goes down.

The offerings extend into somatic territory as well, with Lisa Parente’s The RM Method™ bridging dancefloor rhythm with embodied healing across two sessions. Kelly Hinds, Racheal Haynes, and Cassidy Madden lead the Quantum Yin, a sound-and-movement journey pairing Yin Yoga postures with live musical notes. Closing programming lands with Sierra Dawn’s The Closing Portal, a Sunday-night sound healing and Reiki ceremony designed to help guests integrate the weekend before heading home.

Early Arrival campers with a Thursday pass can access the grounds beginning at 12:00 PM on September 17, while general camping opens at 8:00 AM on Friday, September 18. A complimentary shuttle will run daily between Meadow Creek and Downtown Buena Vista from noon to 2:00 AM, offering easy access to the town’s restaurants, hot springs, and outdoor recreation for those looking to explore beyond festival grounds.
