The 17th Rhythms on the Rio Music Festival takes place in Del Norte, Colorado, August 2-4, 2024. Tickets are on sale now.
One of our favorite Colorado music festivals is back for their 17th year, and have announced their initial initial lineup!
The 2024 Rhythms on the Rio roster kicks off with The California Honeydrops, who always bring the funky good times. Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country is one of the hottest acts out there right now, and are finding their way atop festival lineups throughout the country. ALO will bring the party, and The Lil Smokies will provide beautiful songwriting mixed with incredible bluegrass musicianship.
The 2024 initial lineup for Rhythms on the Rio is filled out with a couple hot up-and-coming bands, Shadowgrass, and 2023 Telluride Bluegrass and Rockygrass Band Competition winners, The Fretliners. Diggin Dirt brings that Humboldt CA funk, and Armchair Boogie provides powerful harmonies and funkgrass jams. Cousin Curtiss rounds out the initial lineup with “rock Americana with a soulful drip.”
Expect a few more exciting additions to the Rhythms lineup, as they always seem to have a few tricks up their sleeves!
