The 16th Palisade Bluegrass & Roots Festival Lineup and Details
The Palisade Bluegrass & Roots Festival returns June 6 -8, 2025, to Riverbend Park in Palisade, CO. Get ready for 16 bands performing over 3 days on 2 stages along the Colorado River. This family-friendly event showcases nationally touring artists alongside local favorites for a weekend of incredible musical performances.
An Unforgettable Musical Lineup for 2025
For their 16th festival celebration, Mountain Groove Productions pulled out all the stops for the festival’s musical performances. Headliners include Kitchen Dwellers, The California Honeydrops, The Brothers Comatose, and Yarn.
From progressive jamgrass to retro-soul to brass-heavy boogies, every band on the lineup was selected for their incredible stage performances.
Besides the headliners, our festival performer recommendations include Magoo, Coustin Curtiss, Sicard Hollow, and Pressing Strings!
“We’re thrilled to bring this year’s diverse and talented group of musicians to the stage,” said Josh Behrman, founder of Mountain Groove Productions. “The Palisade Magic is in our mix of emerging and established artists, and we love that our audience trusts and appreciates this experience year after year! This year will bring some diversity in music, and we can’t wait to see the musical bond between the audience and musicians!”

Weekend Activities for the Whole Family
Bring the family to the beautiful town of Palisade for a weekend getaway. There will be a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy.
“The Palisade Bluegrass and Roots Festival celebrates music, community, and the outdoors. We’re confident this year’s lineup will provide an unforgettable experience for everyone who attends,” says Amy Kimberly, festival organizer.
Kick off the weekend festivities with a group cruise around town. Exploring this small town on bikes is a great way to know the area.
Daily interactive drum circles will be hosted by Drumming Sounds. All skill levels are welcome to participate. Bring your own instruments or use the ones provided.
Relax and rejuvenate with the Saturday morning Yoga session hosted by Emily White. You’ll be warmed up for the Pond Games held later in the afternoon. Touted as the “Olympics of Palisade”, this interactive activity is a great way to stay cool, have fun, and potentially win tickets to next year’s festival.
The fun doesn’t end there! Grab tickets to participate in the Bourbon Barrel Tasting or to sit in on the Jam Camp. The adventurous should look into renting SUPs, kayaks or cruisers from Palisade Cycle and Shuttle. Those looking for more musical experiences can attend the daily Faux Paux Workshops.
