Rhythms on the Rio Music Festival just got even better!
After an initial lineup announcement that included headliners Andy Frasco & the U.N., Kitchen Dwellers and Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, the Colorado river festival just dropped a full lineup that is sure to make it one of the best festivals this summer!
New additions include Pixie & the Partygrass Boys, no strangers to Rhythms, but returning with some tweaks to their lineup and the promise of “Special Guests”!
Jeremy Garrett of The Infamous Stringdusters will be the Artist-at-Large all weekend, adding his G-Grass fiddle skills to sets throughout the fest.
Arkansauce is also returning, after making a huge splash in 2023.
Tuttle, Pool & Greuel – made up of Kyle Tuttle (Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway, Kyle Tuttle Band), Jared Pool (Larry Keel Experience), Adam Greuel (Horseshoes & Hand Grenades, The High Hawks) – are sure to be hanging around jamming, along with playing their own unique set.
Cristina Vane is an international star with a unique Americana sound. Magoo is one of the hottest up-and-coming bluegrass outfits in Colorado, redefining the boundaries of traditional bluegrass with a fresh, contemporary approach. Link & Chain will keep the vibes strong with their high energy Roots Reggae. From Durango, Elder Grown creates a captivating, genre-bending sound, blending hip-hop-forward funk, soul-inspired rock, jazz, and reggae, with improvisation at the core of their musical journey. Mighty Holler is making their Rhythms debut – and aside from bringing a connected energy to their stage show, they are sure to be found picking throughout the campground whenever they get the chance!
Rhythms on the Rio is a benefit festival, supporting the South Fork Music Association – providing musical instruments and education to kids in Southern Colorado.
