Rhythms on the Rio Announces 2020 Lineup
Rhythms on the Rio takes place in South Fork, Colorado, July 31 – August 2.
It’s no secret that Rhythms on the Rio has been one of our favorite music festivals since we first visited in 2017. Each year this intimate festival on the banks of the Rio Grande river rocks our world and captures our hearts. 2020 is sure to deliver the same results.
The 2020 Rhythms on the Rio Lineup is already looking to be one of the best yet. Just announced in conjunction with the first round of ticket sales, 2020 Rhythms on the Rio is going to be headlined by The Infamous Stringdusters and Leftover Salmon! Along with them will be Kitchen Dwellers, The Ghost of Paul Revere, Pixie and the Partygrass Boys, Julian Davis and the Situation, and Elder Grown.
UPDATE: Just added – Ghost Light and Head for the Hills!
This is just a start. With several more names to drop on this lineup in the near future, and an always anticipated Sunday funk band hopefully in the works, this is going to be one helluva party!
Purchase Rhythms on the Rio Tickets
Rhythms on the Rio was created by the South Fork Music Association, a non-profit dedicated to providing music lessons and instruments to children throughout the San Luis Valley. SFMA is run completely by volunteer efforts focused on their mission: Keeping music alive – one child at a time!
About the South Fork Music Association:
“We are a volunteer organization striving to provide artistic and cultural events that enhance our guests experience while in South Fork, Colorado. Rhythms on the Rio was created as such an event and a platform to fund our Children’s Music Program by providing National Touring Artists from diverse musical genres in a respectful, family-friendly festival. In January 2013 the 1st lessons began and the Children’s Music program has provided 40 local children with FREE instrument ownership & music lessons while giving them the confidence to perform with National Artists at a music festival setting.”
