Hangtown Music Festival Announces New Location, Dates and Ticket Info
The Railroad Earth-hosted festival is moving to the Nevada County Fairgrounds in Grass Valley, CA.
Hangtown Music Festival made a BIG announcement on social media today, stating that the 2022 festival is moving from Placerville, CA, to the Nevada County Fairgrounds in Grass Valley, CA.
Hangtown stated in their announcement, “We know you will love the natural beauty of Grass Valley with lots of camping space and RV hook-ups.”
Hosted by Railroad Earth, Hangtown Music Festival will take place October 20 – 23, 2022.
This will also be the last Hangtown Music Festival, as the announcement also revealed that a new name is coming in 2023.
Initial fan reaction on social media seems to be positive, with one Facebook user stating, “The great Nevada County Fairgrounds. Think Horning’s Hideout meets High Sierra meets Placerville. It truly is a combination of the three places.”

“Blind Faith” tickets will be on sale Thursday, May 5 at “High Noon,” presumably on the Hangtown Music Festival website.
