Doors open at 7:00pm, and show will begin at 8:00pm. Tickets can be purchased at https://knewconscious.com/event/galaxy/. The event will benefit non-profits Conscious Alliance and GrooveSafe!
This live podcast event is about friends listening to music together and talking about it.
Created by podcasters from Galaxy Jam and All That Jam, this interactive event will include handpicked panelists from the music community along with audience members listening and discussing some of their favorite songs.
The co-hosts (Michael Mahgerefteh and Adam Cohen from Galaxy Jams; and Amanda Cadran of All That Jam) will be joined by music industry professionals and musicians as they watch videos and then discuss the song in depth.
Music Industry Professionals (8:00pm- 9:00pm)
Kunj Shah (Live for Live Music)
Annabel Lukins (Cloud9 Productions)
Jon Eisenberg (Blackspy Marketing)
Audience members are invited to participate in a one-of-a-kind event, where they will watch, listen and react to music with the panelists and hosts.
“Denver is the ultimate music city, and we are going to celebrate our local community and the larger scene we all love at Knew Conscious on October 19,” says Amanda Cadran (aka PhDJ) from All that Jam. “It’s a testament to the support for live music we have here, that we can present such a fantastic group of artists and industry leaders in a venue like this, for such a special night. I hope everyone comes out to support not only the work they do for us, but also two incredible nonprofit organizations, and of course, the Knew Conscious family.”
The event will be similar to a Galaxy Jams Reacts podcast, where handpicked and fan-picked music is live-streamed on YouTube, and audience members along with special guests share their live reactions.
Michael Mahgerefteh, partner and host of Galaxy Jams, remarks “I’m so excited to be listening to music with some of the most wonderful and talented people in the great state of Colorado. It’s thrilling to be blessed with the opportunity to provide a discussion that music and music industry fans are sure to adore. Our lovely panel of world-class musicians and industry professionals will be listening to a curated list of hand-picked and fan-picked music in a unique and inspiring setting – and I hope that you can join us for such a momentous and joyous occasion to celebrate everything we all love about music together.”
