Laura Ray lives for live music and loves going to festivals where she can see some of her favorite bands and discover new ones. ICYMI, her fave band is Fruition. She is obsessed. We're having her diagnosed.
As a sheltered child raised in church, Laura wasn't allowed to listen to secular music, which is probably why she loves it so much now. The more forbidden the fruit, the sweeter the taste. She also cannot sing or play any instruments well, leading her to believe that musicians must be magicians.
When Laura isn't on official FestyGoNuts business, she's saving the world via one of the many organizations she volunteers with, snuggling with her cat, scrolling Instagram, practicing yoga and Buddhism, and meditating. She resides with her husband on 35 acres near Kentucky Lake in their hometown of Murray.
